My financial aid money given to me from the federal government is still being hijacked by @MoneyLion I've sent highly sensitive info needed to verify the validity of the loan but still no solution to this it's been 3 days.

@MoneyLion Rebecca M. From customer advocacy left me an email but didn't address any of my concerns about my frozen account. She left some bogus phone number at the bottom of email that doesn't work. Highly unprofessional. Do research people I'm not the only one they've robbed

@MoneyLion everyday this goes unresolved is costing me 80 dollars because my car has been towed and sits in a tow lot. Not to mention can't feed my kids or pay my rent which will have a 200 dollar late fee tacked on tomorrow because my account is hijacked by moneylion

@MoneyLion I've responded to your DM with all necessary documentation I've already sent to customer advocacy and still this hasn't been resolved. This has to be illegal and I can't be the only one you guys are doing this to. Are my taxes going to get hijacked too?

@MoneyLion I have DM'd you regarding the hijacking of my federal student loans I'm patiently waiting on a response. I received an email from customer advocacy stating my funds will be available as soon as they're posted to account but yet I still can't access them. Why?

@MoneyLion This is federally regulated money allowed to me to feed my kids and pay my bills while enrolled in school. This has to be illegal and I can't be the only one that has had their money hijacked. I need somebody to help me.

@MoneyLion you guys have denied me access to my federal financial aid loan by freezing my account as soon as it was deposited. I've sent in all necessary documentation needed and pictures of my ID.
