@SmartCares just ended a call with your agent Elle, who assured me my service would resume after 30 minutes. Guess what โ still NO service at all. Itโs been over a week, 100+ agents, and countless false promises. This is beyond unacceptable.

@PLDT_Cares I waited for your technical supervisor on the line, Supervisor Rey AC1055, for over an hour, could you imagine that, more than an hour!!!! for Ticket # 02880489. I was promised that a technical team would be dispatched to visit us, but no one arrived.
