FDA approves first extended-release, injectable drug regimen for adults living with HIV (monthly dosing).

The world will soon transition to an injectible ARV less demanding than the daily pills and this will boost adherence.

They used to say HIV kills & I was like I won't be a statistics of people who don't adhere to treatment. They were scared to have kids & breastfeed & I said I'm fearless I'll definitely have a child & I'll breastfeed and my daughter will not contract the virus from me....
