@wmataGM @wmata after almost 4 years riding, today was by far the WORST experience I have ever encountered on public transportation. A tree caused a complete breakdown of entire system and took me 2 hours to get from King St to Macpherson. SHAMEFUL AND YOU SHOULD BE EMBARASSED

@wmataGM @wmata Failure at McPherson sq. Blue pulls up, stops short, pulls up again, stops. 1st car was lit up, no announcement was made that you couldn’t get in then left before we could get on. Then Orange pulls up, stops short, then opens doors about 30 feet back from end
