1. Reach out to someone & show them someone's thinking about them.
2. Take on a challenge you'll complete this weekend.
3. Tell yourself what you're proud of and vocalise it. Reflect, recognise & appreciate.

Here's an idea. Why not donate some of the money saved from #EatOutToHelpOut to a local charity, homeless shelter, mental health support, community aid etc?
