*Instructions*
1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in egg and vanilla extract.
2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and matcha.
3. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the butter/sugar/egg mixture.
Brewing temperatures vary by tea blend. Green and white tea leaves are delicate and will burn if you use water that's too hot. Boil your water and then let it cool to 85°C/185°F before you steep the leaves. #TeddysTeaTips
