Deep down everyone is really a history nerd. Public Historian & Director of Programs & Exhibits inspiring others to engage with fun and meaningful history.
.@CDCDirector - you MUST work with nurses and other health care workers to make #COVID19 testing guidelines that ensure safety for frontline workers and patients. #ProtectNurses with regular testing now!
@Guggenheim So excited to hear that you'll be standing in solidarity with @chaedria!
So I assume the first justice you'll be demanding will be ending all the racism that ruined her experience working with you.
Right?

@cath_goulding Here's an example of a ghost story that I haven't found much truth too, Ramona. Here's
Popcorn Alley today. https://t.co/unzsF1YwjV #s55#ncph2020
@cath_goulding Also you can walk by some of only remaining lower class brothels that exist today Telluride preserved three shacks, they used to line the street called Popcorn Alley https://t.co/wuvplQaWxx

@cath_goulding Found another article mentioning this lady's real name and the name she went by in Red Light district which did line up with Ghost Story. Relied a lot on local records and https://t.co/CLpAMyyPtG
@cath_goulding Found a hit that was essentially social column saying what a shame it was that men will play with women's emotions and cited death of a sex worker. (different name than in the ghost story)
@cath_goulding Then found that same name in church death records, listing her death as suicide by morphine (which was part of the ghost story) and her profession (Red Light District) listed as buried in our cemetery, but no headstone exists.
