If the US extradite him, he will likely face trial in the UK, facing potentially 20+ years in jail if found guilty. Once he's served his time/been acquitted, he would be transferred to Romania and face similar sentencing there if found guilty.

There is no scenario where he can realistically avoid trials in both the UK and Romania, unless he literally spends the rest of his life on the run.
