I looked into this and it’s bad,

- The million a year executive is Jack Brown III, president of CORE Services Group, he got $1 million in annual compensation
- CORE was almost entirely city-funded and operated multiple shelters. Brown’s family members including his mother, sister, aunt, niece, brother also worked there, they for high paying roles too

The nonprofit paid millions more to real estate companies owned by Brown

Other high earners in the DOI report

- Acacia Network president: ~$935K–$916K.
- CAMBA president: Over $750K
- Multiple others over $500K–$700K

There are annual salaries for homeless NGO heads
