@ScottieMc33 Pro LM's at West Union. It's a fun track, I've been there a couple times. Opening night of the county fair so lotsa extra activities if you're into that sort of thing.
@ScottieMc33 I agree and I'd drive up there for that. It's sobering how low the car count was and how few people paid to see it at Husets. All litany of weather/travel/time off/location excuses aside, if Lucas can't deliver the cars I'd much rather watch TSLM/SLMR + IMCA stocks.
@ScottieMc33 I thought the whole real reason NU went to the Big 10 was for the TV$$. So instead of live baseball the Big 10 network is showing repackaged basketball highlights that no one outside of Purdue will be watching. Once again, cable networks, thanks for nothing.
@ScottieMc33 How to make $40 million for being an incompetent, alcoholic grifter: The Scott Frost Story
He could have easily been fired for cause; it's stunning that NU boosters (who foot the bill for coaches) didn't want to admit their golden boy was an absolute failure.
@ScottieMc33 Yes Merriman was asphalt and Chadron also had a track in the 70's, Western States Speedway I believe it was called. Never got to visit that one and it didn't last long. It was at the northeast part of town where the fairgrounds are and I think it was a dirt track.
