We visited the @OfficialUoM Geek Centre & National Graphene Institute to kick start our partnership with the Faculty of Science & Engineering for the #labscience and potentially #engineering #tlevels as well. The UoM have already taken 4 #digital T Level students on #placement

Now that they have the first 2 weeks of #placement under their belt @LBGplc, 2 of our #Digital #TLevel students have presented their initial findings to myself & their workplace mentors for 15 minutes. I was in awe of their enthusiasm & I can't wait to see what they learn next!

Last week we arranged for EDEM Care to host a #recruitment day at our Openshaw campus so that our #heathcare students had the opportunity to find paid part-time work in the sector. Employment that is occupationally relevant to their course also doubles as an industry placement!

Our 1st yr #TLevel #construction #students on placement @Spt_Initiative are now 13 weeks into their placement with only 6 weeks to go before they stop for the exam period! Looking forward to visiting the office tomorrow to complete their 2nd placement review-they are smashing it!
