@ihatekalesomuch Another alternative is vitamins. Magnesium is great for mood and sleep :) you can do get a blood test done and they can analyze deficiencies! Sleep hygiene is also important ❤️
@ihatekalesomuch Extended release melatonin helps me. When I'm anxious I get in really bad sleep patterns (typically waking up for a few hours in the middle of the night). If I take a sleeping aid for a few days to break the pattern that typically helps!
I can't go running on trails because it's dangerous. I hate running on main roads because of the cat calls and honking. Ladies, any solutions? Should I just get a shirt printed with a big middle finger? Just wear oversized clothes & hat? If only men could just be respectful.
I'm a wheelchair user and I'm so fucking tired of people leaving these bikes and scooters wherever they want. For able bodied folx it's an inconvenience but for me it means I have to walk out into a busy street to go around. These are my only safe paths. STOP DOING THIS
