ICE high speed chase causes yet another car crash—driver lucky to be alive after head on collision.

Agents in unmarked cars repeatedly rammed back of red car—until it crashed into large tree.

Collision so loud it sounded like "bomb went off."

Nearly hit woman walking her dogs there were so many ICE vehicles in pursuit—witness told reporter in Spanish.

"A little disheartening to see some sort of federal agent driving in such an aggressive way in a residential area," said another witness.

"I have a two year old. We go out for walks all the time. We could have been crossing the street."

ICE issued a statement claiming that agents used "the minimum amount of force" to make a "targeted arrest."

Driver was taken by ambulance to Loyola University Medical Center for treatment.
