@kyedalton @OrangeCoSheriff @SheriffMina This is a double edged sword. Corrective action needs to be on root cause. A blanket action has little impact on the real problems yet causes others. Be direct & swift on the actual cause & you get real change. There is much support for real change that brings true improvements.
