Honestly, when dealing with the same annoying difficult customers.. just seem funny to me.. I know I'm not suppose to be rude but when it happened and they dont understand that what they are asking is impossible for us to do. I just let them get angry.

At this point i give up like you can go to another store but hahaha no one else has it if they do its open box! i am like trying to be truthful and nice. Lesson learned give up on customers like that! Hopefully the next customer will cheer me up.

Me:... Sorry we do have it but all the phones are open box
