@GNBCORK @TicketmasterIre Many many times. The form you submit for a refund on the website no longer works, phone lines don’t work, the dedicated Twitter help page doesn’t reply. It’s a shambles, I’ve been reduced to setting up this page in the hope it catches their attention, no luck as of yet!
