As soon as a gift card is scanned it should flash for an associate. It should not take you to payment, approve my payment, and then need to be credited.

@WalmartCanada I was at #oakville location this evening. I scanned all my items including a #giftcard for Tim’s. It says to pay, payment approved, then pops up associate needed. Associate comes and tells me the gift card didn’t go through and to pay again.

Your machine said approved. My #apple #wallet said approved. Manager comes over and says that it will be credited back to my account. It should not have been taken in the first place if an associate is needed to assist with gift card transactions at self checkout.

@ExPlaceTO @THERAWF it’s nice the animal theatre has a ramp and viewing stage for people with #mobility #devices, but people like to sit with their #companions. Also, the washrooms should have the #accessibility stalls at the front.

@GE_Canada put in a service request for washer under #warranty. Received an email with service date, company name, address, number, and Technician name. Called company they have no such request and don’t service my area. Have waited all day with child with multiple #disabilities
