This is something I could never get my head around.

Rapists and murderers can wait months, sometimes years, for their day in court because of endless delays.

Yet under Starmer, people who made the stupid decision to post something offensive online were getting two or three years in prison within days.

To me, it suggests there were alleged loopholes in the justice system that were exploited to make it happen. And the fact that some of those people later took their own lives only makes it all the more disturbing.

Whatever your politics, this remains one of the most controversial things that took place during Starmer's time as Prime Minister and it shouldn't be forgotten.

The man in the picture is Peter Lynch. During the protests that took place after the events in Southport a few years ago, Peter was arrested and fast-tracked into prison for simply raising his voice at the police.

He was 61 years old and sentenced to nearly three years in prison. He ended up taking his own life.

This was on Starmer.

Don't tell me Starmer is a "decent" and "nice" man because he got a bit teary eyed while reading from a predictable, pathetic script about focusing on being a good husband and father.

Harry bought another award from Time magazine, an award to the least deserving person just like the Pat Tillman award that he should never have been given. Two days after Henry died Hampshire Police secretly recorded Digwa in a police van speaking Punjabi to his brother. Digwa admitted stabbing Henry. Discussed claiming self defence. Made zero mention of racial abuse. Not one word.

Hampshire Police had that tape.

They knew Digwa was lying about the racist attack. They had the evidence. They had his own words and then tried to smear Henry as the aggressor anyway.

Three days after his death their statement read “it was reported two men had been assaulted by an unknown man.” Henry was the unknown man. The boy bleeding out on the street. They flipped it.

Family complained. Statement changed. Then police told the family their NEXT update would again infer Henry was the initial aggressor. His family had to fight them a second time. While grieving their murdered son.

Then during the trial Hampshire tried to issue a statement telling the public to stop talking about it online. Calling it disinformation. The CPS had to step in. Told them they were about to collapse their own murder case.

This is the force that handcuffed a dying boy. Missed the murder weapon twice. Had a secret tape proving the killer lied. And still tried to bury Henry's name.

That's not incompetence. That's a machine protecting itself. At the expense of a dead boy's reputation and three officers are still on active duty. Not suspended. Treated as witnesses. To their own actions.

Hampshire Police didn't just fail Henry on that street. They kept failing him for six months after he died.

An officer must have a valid objective reason to believe handcuffing is necessary. The accepted criteria include:

1 - Preventing Escape: A reasonable belief that the detainee will attempt to run away.

Henry Nowak was unable to stand, let alone run away.

2 - Preventing Harm: To protect the officer, the public, or the detainee themselves from imminent violence or self-injury.

Henry Nowak was bleeding out, unable to attack anyone. The actual perpetrator was still free and uncuffed at this time.

3 - Preventing Evidence Destruction: When a suspect is highly likely to conceal, drop, or destroy evidence.

While no one was watching Digwa, he handed the murder weapon to his mother who then hid it in their home. Digwa also took videos of Henry desperately trying to escape before police arrived. These videos (to my knowledge) have not been released.

4 - Controlling Non-compliance: When the individual is actively resisting or failing to cooperate.

Once again, Henry could hardly get the words "I can't breathe" out, there was no risk of lack of compliance.

According to Meghan Markle, the Royal Family was so unbelievably awful that she’s still crying about it years later.

Yet when you actually look at the timeline, she was a working royal for roughly 18 months. That period included a multi million pound wedding, a lavish honeymoon, maternity leave, overseas tours and official engagements. It’s not as though she spent years trapped in a room with members of the family.

Most interactions would have been brief, professional and tied to work or family gatherings. Yet somehow we’re expected to believe this was such a traumatic experience that it justified publicly trashing an entire family and leaving accusations of racism hanging over them for years.

The more plausible explanation is that Meghan entered an institution where she wasn’t the centre of the universe. She couldn’t boss everyone around, couldn’t bulldoze centuries of protocol and couldn’t demand that every person in the room cater to her wishes.

And that, apparently, became oppression.

What amazes me is that, for some, the story is still treated as beyond question when the timeline and facts are publicly available for everyone to examine.

The more details that emerge, the harder it becomes to reconcile Meghan’s version of events with the publicly documented timeline.

The victim narrative becomes a lot harder to sell when viewed alongside the privileges and opportunities she received.
