@prestoncouncil your bin men keep tipping rubbish out in the alleyways in the plugington area. Rather than move all the bins to the end of the alleyway they empty them into one bin and take that. Whilst doing this they drop litter and leave the alleyways full of rubbish. Rats!!!!

This van is constantly parking on the pavement blocking the path and veiw of the bus. @LancashireCC @prestoncouncil wheelchairs and prams cannot get around it. Inkerman Street right outside the roebuck primary school.

@prestoncouncil you're website says bins need to be out by 7am yet I've just been woken up at 6:30am by one of your workers dragging bins down the alley way of Lulworth Ave. Bins are being missed as it's before bins are supose to be out plus noise levels at the time of day..
