If you look at it logically, people have been crushed to the point where many are too scared to speak up. Yet people still vote for him, put his stickers on their cars. They're showing resistance in whatever ways are available to them. And of course, a significant chunk of our +
Balochistan is Pakistan’s largest province, yet an acid attack victim had to be moved elsewhere for treatment. Where is the outrage over decades of neglect in healthcare?
Have you ever seen PML-N supporters who obsess over KP show this level of concern for Balochistan?
Inaugurated Skardu international airport. InshaAllah, this will take mountain tourism to a level where it will bring in foreign exchange for the country & raise the local community's standard of living. I want to thank the people of Skardu for their generous welcome.
For over seven months, Imran Khan’s family has been denied access to meet him. His sisters continue waiting outside despite facing harsh and inhumane treatment. Authorities claim political conversations are not allowed but Imran Khan is a political figure. Silencing him only shows the state fears his voice and his criticism of the government.
Imran Khan’s sisters and CM of KP are still present at the sit-in.
for the record, PTI didn’t plan any protest at Islamabad’s entry points. their protest was at Adiala; the govt is the one that sealed off all entry points to Islamabad.
🚨BREAKING: For the first time, the original Pakistani cypher — cable I-0678, the document that triggered the removal of former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan — is being released in full by Drop Site.
The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Afridi, along with the entire provincial cabinet, parliamentary leadership, members of National Assembly and members of the Punjab assembly was heading toward Adiala Jail to stand in solidarity with their leader, Imran Khan.
For the past seven months, Imran Khan has been unlawfully subjected to solitary confinement in prison, isolated from his family, denied basic rights, and deliberately cut off from the people of Pakistan. For the last eight months, he has also been denied proper medical treatment despite repeated concerns regarding his health. These actions are not only inhumane, but a blatant violation of constitutional, legal, and fundamental human rights.
After exhausting every democratic and legal avenue, we are left with no choice but to exercise our constitutional right to peaceful assembly in order to raise our voice against this illegitimate, stolen-mandate government and its continued political victimization of Pakistan’s most popular leader.
Our gathering point was nearly one kilometer away from Adiala Jail. Yet despite this peaceful and lawful intention, the police moved to block Imran Khan’s family, the elected representatives of the people, the entire Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet, and the sitting Chief Minister immediately after they exited the motorway en route to Adiala through Rawalpindi. The blocking of an elected Chief Minister and his cabinet is not just an attack on one political party, it is an attack on democracy itself, an insult to the mandate of millions of Pakistanis.
Now liberals will say that because of PTI we are facing difficulties and road blockages, but they won't question the fact that it is the police stopping them. If the police didn't intervene, they would reach their destination peacefully without any issues.
Today I, being the Chief Executive of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, along with my cabinet and parliamentarians, going to Adiala Jail situated in the province of Punjab to show solidarity with former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan.
The federal government has stopped us in Islamabad 26 number chowk. It’s not only an insult of the chief executive but of the 46 Million people of KP.
The federal government has also stopped the Gas of KP. Punjab government has stopped the wheat movement towards KP. All of these acts are against the spirit of federation and the constitution of Pakistan.
Mr. Imran Khan has lost 85% of his eyesight due to the negligence of Adiala Jail’s administration and their handlers. He is not being allowed to meet his legal counsel, family and even personal physician. The federal government is not obeying the court orders and Punjab government is violating the fundamental rights of a political prisoner. Mr. Imran Khan is being treated inhumanely and has been placed in complete solitary confinement since November 2025.
We strongly demand the immediate access of Imran Khan sahb’s family and personal physician to him without any further delay. The state of his health is a matter of serious national concern and any harm caused to him due to negligence or deliberate denial of medical care is the direct responsibility of the federal government, the Punjab police, the administration of Adiala Jail and their handlers. We warn that the nation is watching and history will not forgive those who remain silent or complicit. Justice must prevail and it will prevail!
