₹2 करोड़ की बीमा राशि के लालच में एक पूर्व सैनिक की हत्या यह सिर्फ एक आपराधिक मामला नहीं है।यह हमारे समाज के सामने खड़ा एक भयावह सवाल है क्या एक पुरुष की जिंदगी की कीमत पैसे से भी कम होती जा रही है?

ज��स व्यक्ति ने देश की सुरक्षा के लिए अपना जीवन समर्पित किया, अगर वही व्यक्ति अपने ही घर में सुरक्षित नहीं है, तो हमे सोचने की जरूरत है !!

सरकार को ऐसे अपराधों के पीछे छिपे कारणों पर भी गंभीरता से काम करना होगा ��र पुरुषों पर लगातार बढ़ रहे अपराधों के लिए #NationalCommissionForMen जैसी संस्था का गठन करना होगा !!

हम सरकार से मांग करते हैं कि ऐसे मामलों को केवल सनसनीखेज अपराध मानकर न छोड़ा जाए।कठोर कानून, तेज जांच, त्वरित न्याय और पीड़ित पतियों की सुरक्षा-इन चारों पर गंभीर कदम जरूरी हैं।

किसी की जान की कीमत ₹2 करोड़ नहीं हो सकती।
इंसान की जिंदगी अनमोल है।कानून का डर अपराधी के मन में और न्याय का भरोसा आम नागरिक के मन मे�� होना चाहिए।

She is studying Medicine
She has roamed the world
She travels alone
She is independent, bold, empowered, has agency to do what she wants

She has travelled around with this man too, purchasing most expensive brands, showing them off on her social media

She does what she wants

BUT BUT BUT

Apparently her consent to sexual relationship was ONLY BECAUSE HE PROMISED TO MARRY

How old was this guy when he allegedly made this promise ?

JUST 20, same age as she was!

They were together for 3 years but now he is in Jail because he allegedly broke his promise!!

My question is - Just how can sexual relationship that lasted over a prolonged period be called sexual abuse merely because a certain promise that is not even clear whether was made or not, was not fulfilled

If No means No, a Yes also means Yes

If women having all the agency, intelligence, freedom to choose decide to have sex with a man before marriage, how do they then make marriage the bedrock of that consent ???

It is insane how easy it is today for a man's life and career to be totally ruined just because a woman felt scorned !!!

अब कुछ दिन बात… फिर सब भूल जाएंगे।

जब कोई शादीशुदा पुरुष आत्महत्या करता है, तो उसकी मौत को अक्सर एक निजी मामला मानकर फाइल बंद कर दी जाती है।

लेकिन सवाल यह है कि आखिर कितने पति मरेंगे, तब जाकर यह "राष्ट्रीय मुद्दा" बनेगा?

पंजाब की ताज़ा घटना में, मीडिया रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, एक युवक ने आत्महत्या कर ली। पुलिस ने उसकी पत्नी और उसके कथित प्रेमी के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की है।
मगर एक और परिवार बर्बाद हो चुका है।

देश में पुरुषों की आत्महत्याओं के आंकड़े लगातार चिंता पैदा कर रहे हैं, लेकिन नीति-निर्माताओं की चुप्पी नहीं टूटती।

क्या एक पति की जान की कीमत कम है?
क्या पुरुष केवल कमाने की मशीन हैं, जिनका दर्द तब तक दिखाई नहीं देता जब तक उनकी अर्थी नहीं उठती?

अब समय आ गया है कि भारत में "National Commission for Men" की मांग को गंभीरता से सुना जाए।

क्योंकि आयोग किसी व���शेषाधिकार का नहीं, सुनवाई का माध्यम होता है।

अगर किसी पुरुष के पास अपनी पीड़ा कहने, कानूनी मार्गदर्शन पाने और मानसिक सहारे का कोई संस्थागत मंच ही नहीं होगा, तो हम ऐसी त्रासदियों को कैसे रोकेंगे?

हर आत्महत्या व्यवस्था से पूछा गया एक सवाल है।
सरकार कब जवाब देगी?

The Supreme Court recently held that a wife can be denied interim maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) if her husband establishes that she is living in adultery [Himanshu Chordia v. State of Rajasthan & Anr].

Case Today: Married woman, having a daughter left husband because he caught her red handed in hotel with another man. Filed DV 498A etc cases on him, has been torturing him since 2018.

Then got in relationship with multiple men (saw the photos)

Then joined an office, got into relationship with a man without telling him she's already married. Left daughter with her parents to live totally independent life. Started taking money from this man regularly. When he got tired & refused to give any more money & also became suspicious, he broke up with her.

Then she used the Brahmastra: RAPE ON FALSE PROMISE OF MARRIAGE

This man got suspended from his job. Though this woman was married, she could still cry false promise of marriage & ruin his life

This man is still not reinstated by his department !!!

The question is not whether one gender needs protection. The question is why the system still hesitates to acknowledge that men can be victims too.

For years, as a movement we are demanding gender-neutral laws, gender-neutral domestic violence provisions, and recognition of male victims. Successive governments have largely ignored these concerns.

How many more dead sons, broken families, suicides, and victims will it take before policymakers acknowledge that men also need legal protection and support systems?

Equality cannot mean rights for one side and silence for the other.
