@Rebekahneeds420 Having done both, if you’ve decided that you don’t want to lease, I would try to find a “Lease Returned” vehicle. They’re kept up well(scheduled services are usually covered) and miles are low. And, whoever leased it usually takes good care of it bc they get charged if they don’t

The rising water is probably seeping into the substructure and saturating the ground underneath the foundation, causing it to sink.
