They only realy measure fat in the lower part of your body, so legs, maybe part of the buttocks, in general, its a lil bit better than guesstimation, but it can be way WAY off.

See, I was diagnosed with MDD at age 10 (depression n autism with 7) - this isnt "normal depression" this is constant 24/7 - 365 days a year or now 8760 days of "why am I alive, this does not feel OK this is not bareable" levels of "depression"
