@theavfcfaithful Spend the last 20 years building the club and revenue without overspending or paying too big of a proportion on wages - while also being in Europe and CL regularly and not getting relegated … and you too could spend some money…
@SpursOfficial Love this bloke. Loyal. Dependable. Role model. And he has huge respect for the club. Need people like him around the place and hopefully a job waiting at the end of his playing career too.
Every clip that I’ve been unlucky to come across of Arsenal players / fans ‘celebrating’ has been so cringe. It makes me so fucking happy that I have nothing to do with that club. So commercial, so social media driven, so performative and fake. What happened to football culture?
@grassrootsrefJa@Stuart15Cotton Son vs Everton was innocuous and a freak result. A running elbow smash into a face (with intent to make that contact, even if intent doesn’t matter any more) is completely different.
@grassrootsrefJa@Stuart15Cotton He didnt throw an elbow, he ran at pace leading with it. While not looking at the ball until after the contact. Is that really different from a swing. The force is still as high. And the intent is still there. The elbow swing seems like semantics if it’s still excessive force?
@grassrootsrefJa@Stuart15Cotton Looked at Djed Spence and deliberately led with an elbow to the face at force? Definition of serious foul play isn’t it?
