Sci-fi nerd. WoT fan.

@ArsenalGunny @City_Xtra Try Google. They're owned by AQD, the sovereign wealth fund of Abu Dhabi. Not ADUG.

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@RoboftheHayes Good thing I'm a big fan then !
It's a tight call but most days it's my favorite of yours. WLL is sitting pretty on the bookshelves, TTTB hopefully joining it very soon...

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@DrakeKeeler With the players out for the first Fever game it'll be a struggle. It'd likely take a very hot day for both Paige and Arike.

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@binding_broken Just as an FYI, you said to set a new password but I never got a prompt to do so. Nor could I even see a way to do that anywhere in my profile (which was there straight away). But that said, both sites seem to work perfectly well so it's all good as far as I can tell thanks !

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@slbsn Yeah it's a very weird statement. The commercial expertise is very much available. Also with 2.7bn of reserves they could turbo charge football investment in the smaller member associations if they decided to.
It's certainly not the best business case I've ever seen presented.

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@andyburnham This might not be Realpolitik, but it's absolutely what real people think. For a sporting, and cultural, touch point, it's exactly the right and correct position.

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@dieworkwear As a proud Mancunian, and someone who thinks Burnham did a good job as our mayor, it seems pretty ridiculous that I'm learning about these local brands from one of your threads rather than the British press. So thanks, much appreciated!

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@OliverKamm Pretty damning that the last 6 PM"s have an average placing of 15th of 21, without a single one breaking the top 10. 16 years of average to terrible leadership. Surely we've got to catch a break soon...

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@a_g_haubner Probably true, but it's not a serious game and Team Coop looks way more fun to be on!

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@sportsiren @gPrep @UConnWBB @nyliberty @DallasWings @breannastewart @paigebueckers1 @azzi_35 Geno gets a lot of stick from certain places, some of it rightly tbf, but one thing that's definitely true is that his former players have a lot of love for him.

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@jajminton This is the way!
You're still finding cool little nuggets in your 3rd or 4th read through. But that doesn't matter, it's great fun just rolling with it as it all starts to come together and you're left amazed by how he deftly does it.

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@binding_broken @PetrikReads @IslingtonJames @gollancz Another book enters the 'most anticipated books of 2026' list!
I must have been hidden under rocks to miss this so far 😂

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@TylerDeLuca I thought Sean Dyche memes was a pretty niche British thing but clearly not. And yeah, you're kinda right 😂

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@a_g_haubner It was fair she called out AT for what she thought was unacceptable onfield play, but I'm glad she's said this too. One was a basketball call that people may or may not agree with, this topic is beyond the game and we should all be behind it.

Few fantasy series feel as vast, intricate, and emotionally rewarding as WoLaS. The prose, moral complexity, character work, and sheer SCOPE are incredible; it would be such a shame for the audiobooks to stop at book 3. This series deserves the full treatment 🙏

[CombativeRoboReader @BopBeep197644]

My image got deleted yesterday 😭 Day 3 of asking @HarperCollinsUK to continue The Wars of Light and Shadow audiobooks by the wonderful @JannyWurts and narrated by the amazing @Macey6 past book 3

Please Repost & Comment to help spread the word

@RoboftheHayes Not much better than reading a book outside on a sunny day! Aim to be doing the same this weekend with a John Gwynne book. The King Beyond the Gate was always my favorite Gemmell book, hope it's still holding up all these years later.

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@SoccerBobBTW @trendyhoopstars Both KP and A'ja are both comfortably ahead of her on that metric this year and they're the only two I bothered to check.

[Toby Gallagher @TobyGallagher6]

@DaRoopIsOnFiyah @JoeBerne1 Yeah I checked this morning and it was Nov. I'm 2/3rds of the way through Cold Wind, as with Castor and the bad guys, the book is levelling up! Have fun when you start it, it's a worthy sequel.
