Have a set training plan, which progresses weekly, pushes you to a high intensity and allows adequate recovery
(3-5x training days)
A set nutrition plan so you aren’t starving yourself or over eating
(+/- 300 from maintenance)
And improve as you go, not just add more and more
but the problem is you think doing more will save you from the fact that you’re just acting shit
Acting shit:
(Eating unecessary amount of calories, training too much, recovering poorly)
There’s one trait that separates people who get results & get the body they want and people that never get it right
