@leverus This is the perfect age to introduce him to Sir Terry Pratchett & the Discworld. So many amazing books in that series. Personally I'd start with the Watch books, because I love all the characters. These three will get him started:
- Guards! Guards!
- Men at arms
- Feet of clay

@8BitBoyUK Yes! My sister and I used to play this co-op, and spent way too long trying to beat it. This and the Ninja were our go-to top down shooters!

@LateNitePanda It's the last book at the moment, currently working on book 4, hoping it will be out early next year :)

Not sure how many book the series will end up being, but I've got rough ideas for at least a couple more after this one.

@RetroBoyJon I think Burning Rangers could be amazing with modern tech. Imagine a lifelike fire that is dynamic and will burn differently depending on various materials, than you could co-op fight with friends. Would be epic!

Cracked a tricky problem with the latest book today. Been noodling it for a few days and the solution finally popped into my head on a dog walk.

Such a satisfying feeling when all the pieces fall into place - like clearing four lines in Tetris! :)
