Whether Iran’s structural break comes in five months or five years, what follows will be one of the most consequential reconstruction efforts of the 21st century.
I say that knowing what the conditions enabling it have already cost.
It’s a thesis we’ve spent two decades building across more than 100 countries. Economies are networks of human relationships, and the institutions built on that trust are what let markets innovate and absorb shocks.
What's happening in Iran is personal for me. And when the stakes are this high, most of us either yell confidently or go quiet. I've been thinking about the third path. #iran
When you understand that these students risked their lives to do this for their teacher whose son was killed in the recent uprisings, you’ll appreciate just how remarkable this clip is.

Mohammad Saedinia, a successful entrepreneur, closed his business in solidarity with the people.
For this act of conscience, the Islamic regime imprisoned him despite his recent heart surgery and confiscated all his assets.
His life is in immediate danger.

Based on verification of images, reports and comparative investigative analysis by the International Centre for Human Rights, to date approximately 43,000 people have been killed, 350,000 injured, 20,000 arrested and await possible execution.
“Taken together, ICHR believes that this body of evidence, methods, and data presents a clear picture of a systematic and organized campaign of repression and mass killing; one that may silence the streets in the short term, but will not resolve the underlying crisis.
Silence by the international community in the face of such violent repression and crimes against humanity will only enable the repetition and escalation of these atrocities.”

first it was clean/green tech, then we got climate tech, and in Trump 2.0 we're going to need yet another rebrand. preferably something a bit more chill than "energy dominance" @leepnet@Toddicus https://t.co/0THUWoRe5J
Greatly concerned that Iranian authorities are reportedly escalating violence against protesters, particularly in the city of Mahabad. We continue to pursue accountability for those involved, as we support the Iranian people.

Two women died in two countries – one due to natural causes at 96 & the other at 22 murdered because her hejab didn’t please the Islamic Republic of Iran. The World is sad about the One. Ok. But it should also be outraged about the other.#Mahsa_Amini
A government that was inspired by hate, built through oppression, maintained by elevating ignorance while suppressing reason is doomed to run headlong into the brick wall it built with its own miserable hands. #MahsaAmini
Weve seen the enormous effects that climate change has had on our planet, but there is a silver lining in that we know many of the solutions to combat these challenges already exist. It is through extensive collaboration that we will scale these innovations for a greener future.
The @IPCC_CH report shows the issues climate change has presented are still possible to overcome. By creating ecosystems to support sustainable innovations, we have the opportunity to scale solutions for a renewable energy economy future.
The OECD's newly launched report showed us that we have an opportunity to reshape economies to include new types of thinking, allowing all communities to bounce back from the economic blows that crises create.
“Economies that incorporate new types of thinking, that traditionally have been marginalized, are inherently more creative [and] resilient economies.” - @Toddicus, SecondMuse Founder & Co-CEO on the newly launched OECD report. Hear more from Todd below.
There is an opportunity to do better for everyone on Earth, and for Earth itself. We can combat climate change by putting value in relational wealth - learning from and listening to each other for a more common good. More on how we can do this in @Forbes: https://t.co/TEbKprvTI6
