@tferriss This vacuum works,period. Has not gotten "stuck" since I got it, is quiet for a vacuum, & does a nice job. We are fond of the "lines" it makes with the carpeting, matching the stripes we discovered on our lawn from the robot mower, impressed when I move it from floor to floor
