Sports are crazy. Having kids invested in sports is even crazier. I got to watch Tiger win the masters with my oldest as a baby, one of the coolest things z Yesterday at dinner, I had tell my kids DMO got traded, one of the hardest. Nobody ever tells you how hard that’ll be.

@Hertz It’s got nothing to do with that situation. It’s completely about being able to service and help all customers. This gentlemen I stepped in to help with was frustrated because he couldn’t get sufficient help being deaf.

Things like my phone to get him help or answering his questions. Your employee did the best she could, however, given the high stress of having no cars and 6+ reservations not get filled, showing compassion and understanding to all is needed to all.

Agent. While she was doing her best, it was clear that the check in areas may not be able to assist people with this type of disability very well. I spent about 30 minutes working to try to help, while my sign language abilities are limited even utilizing
