@elonmusk I love all the people demanding a refund. Paying $120 / month doesn't guarantee you 100% uptime. If you want that, there are services with SLA's. They run around $500 - $1,500 / month and when it breaks for long enough, you get a refund. We're happy to hook anybody up to that
