Indeed! I do see the brand everywhere more than I do see Monster and Redbull.
Usually small news like this will only hurt the stock for a little while. Maybe 1-3 weeks of shaking the weak hands. Heck.. maybe just a day or two.
It is not as big like when $BUD had that weird dude cosplaying as a girl advertising bud company, and it isn’t as big when that one NFL dude kneeled in some game that hurt $NKE stock.
Those examples hurt the stocks temporarily. The one for Celsius is minor and doesn’t have a backlash like the examples above.
One of my stock portfolios is up 1.23% today.
123.

It’s not because I stopped engaging with them since they get mad at my posts.
It’s because if they were truly buying ETFs and chilling, they wouldn’t be posting all day.
A real ETF and chill investor works their 9 to 5, logs into their brokerage account on payday, buys a few shares, ignores the charts, ignores trending stocks, and goes back to living life.
There is no part of “ETF and chill” that involves becoming a full time finance content creator on X.
They should be at home watching TV, grilling in the backyard, riding motorcycles, or be a dad.
That’s what chilling looks like.
