Mr Adedayo Kayode is a Certified Forensic Accountant, Financial Crime investigator, Asset Recovery and Management Consultant.

He is an Accounting graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) on secondment based on his remarkable success in ICPC.

He later returned to the ICPC to reposition the moribund Asset Tracing, Recovery and Management Unit which later metamorphosed into Proceeds of Crime (Recovery and Management) Directorate.

He is a Fellow of many professional bodies such as Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN); Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered); National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN);

locally and internationally including the United Nations Training and Research institute (UNITAR); China Institute of Governance etc.

He has also served on five (5) Presidential Investigative & Administrative Committees.

He has handled many landmark Investigations for the Commission and also pioneered many initiatives with indelible marks in the shaping of public policies & governance in the country.
