I don’t mind paying for guest permits. I do mind hand delivering/mailing checks for them with a recent power bill. That whole process has unnecessary inconveniences.
@PhillyGov Social Security Parking lot causes me to fume everyday. Not only do they get to take X% from my paycheck, but some of the nicest land in my neighborhood is pissed away for a military grade parking lot.
