The charity undertake research and support familes affected by mitocondrial disease, which has caused my sight loss and other challenges.

@EastMidRailway traveling with a guide today at 14:33 from Derby, when I experienced a discriminatory attitude firstly from ticket staff then the train manager, who displayed no understanding of reasonable adjustments. Please can somebody advice how I make a complaint?

@DWP The @DWP post about disability confident but then when disabled people are in work they encounter numerous barriers because of @dwps Access to Work scheme, I’ve been waiting over 3 months for an assessment #unacceptable

@nigelmills had a reply from your office about my complaint re being disadvantaged by the @DWP ATW service in particular waiting over 3 months for a workplace assessment, sadly the lack of outcome does not provide assurance & the response detailing @MinisterDisPpl is inadequate
