@NickJWillsmer @Paris2024 @OiseauJolirock @lab_pht We didn’t find any evidence that wearing the headband during a 70-min effort followed by a 5 km time-trial among male athletes made a difference. Honestly, I'm not surprised by the results—I was skeptical about the claimed benefits from the start.
