So he decided to put up a barrier, people still used it but hit the barrier, he painted it and same thing again.

@sciencegirl It’s funny they’re spending more money on prevention instead of making it more accessible to park in these areas. It’s obvious there is a need to park, they could be making money with parking meters instead. But I guess that’s too much effort installing one over the other.
