@ArchRegUK Because other things are expensive is not a reason to match them. Other architect membership bodies such as the @RIBA have reduced rates based on individual income. Perhaps worth considering how your charges could also be structured more progressively.

25% increase in the compulsory annual architects registration board fee this year. Sold as partly investing to widen participation feels contradictory. RPI CPI REALI

@duncaninho1 @willjennings80 I think they must have developed this final scheme actually with considered input from the planning officer! as I looked at a revision D published on the planning website which was brick, with no front door on the main Rd. March 2020. COVID happened. Got distracted.

@richhughesesq @wfcouncil @WFEcho @WFculture19 Yes real shame. It’s at the end of the rd I grew up on. Planning Application Ref Number:200230 if you want to check out the plans. Hope they don’t build the proposed garden wall and block the pavement also.

@willjennings80 No i think it was a full planning application but not listed or in a conservation area. It’s at the end of my road. Real shame to lose the tiles. I mentioned it to William Morris museum as just round the corner from them but didn’t get round to objecting formally.
