@Mrlawlman1 I once had Delta's entire database break stranding me on the tarmac AT MY DESTINATION (Home) for 12 hours while an IT guy fixed the servers. We couldn't leave the plane. They brought police to stop people from getting off. It was truly hell. RIP friend.
