A huge Thank You to all who attended, contributed & connected. There were fantastic conversations, hugely valuable insight & I hope everyone now feels more connected to the #geoscience community.

#FutureGeo
1/ A week after #FutureGeo 2.0 - feedback's been really positive, new connections formed, ideas shared & the key themes explored last week, brilliantly illustrated by Katie Chappell below, are becoming the pillars that the FutureGeo Project will be built around.
3/ Will be explored/promoted through free & virtual events, online & social media activities & by forming new connections w/ existing groups, working tirelessly (in their own time) to communicate the role each theme plays in the #geoscience community & within society as a whole.
2 / Each of these five themes:
- Diversity, Inclusivity and Equality in GeoScience
- GeoScience in Schools, through Geography and STEM
- Emerging Technology in GeoScience
- Water and GeoScience
- The Energy and Materials Transition
