🏆 VARSITY GIRLS ARE YOUR MEET CHAMPIONS! 🏆

The Lady Bulldogs showed up and brought home the team title at Grit & Glory! Our JV girls finished 5th, and our JV boys finished 12th. Proud of the way this whole team competed today!

Do not "push the hills," but rather keep the same effort going up the hills.*

Does this mean you'll get passed by the "push the hills" gang? Sure.

But you can roll them up on the downhills and the flats.

*If a course finishes on an uphill then push that hill.

Maddie Sheppard came in first place at the Hoka McNeil invite ….. not only that but our entire girls team scored 1st place 🥇 for the second year in a row!!! Making us 2x 6A Hoka Champs.
