@HMRCcustomers My tax code has had a dramatic and incorrect change this year. I have been calling HMRC and waiting on the webchat page daily for two weeks now with no luck. What can I do to get some assistance? Thanks

@HMRCcustomers Hi Steve yes that’s where I found the information above. It doesn’t explain where or why the additional balance is there. To my knowledge it is incorrect and is why I really need some assistance from someone before I receive a 2nd heavily taxed payslip.

@HMRCcustomers It does yes. Without going into too much detail publicly.. there’s an unexplained large balance taken from my annual allowance causing my income tax to hike dramatically.

@Spotify your lack of online support is disappointing. Twice now I have moved over to premium to have my account hacked and an unknown device keep taking control. Facebook login passwords changed twice - still happening. Is anybody there at Spotify?
