@BoothCricket I hope Judge is doing okay. I hear he had some bad personal news a while ago but has always been a knowledgable coach to work with and a lovely man to talk to in Perth. Whilst he’s had issues, Paul Terry is a great man and a close friend to him. He keeps a good eye on him.
Wild: Tom Brady responds to claims from Baker Mayfield that #Bucs players "weren't having fun" playing alongside him:
"I thought stressful was not having Super Bowl rings. If I wanted to have fun, I was going to go to Disneyland with my kids." 😳
Congrats to all involved! The privilege it is to give the supporters a day out at Trent bridge is one of the most proudest achievements you can have. Now go and win it again! 🏆🏆

And a mighty congrats at all at @SACAUK for giving guys real hope past 19-20 when a lot of guys aren’t ready to be professional cricketers at that age.
The MCCU program had the combined Uni’s playing 2nd XI’s and people were getting signed, now this program is showing even more talent out there above the ages of 21 who previously had the door shut. Let it be a reminder that at 21 you shouldn’t have to feel your chance has passed
🚨 Zen Malik becomes our 10th male graduate to sign a professional contract signing a 2 year deal with @WarwickshireCCC
Zen has been a standout since day 1 scoring 100 in SACAs very first game! He's currently averaging 104 in the 2nd XI champo 🤯
Congratulations Zen!
@NGulliford@nickwebb2017 Looks like over the last few games they’re starting to back in some of their younger guns. I like it. If money can’t help them bring in quality then you have to produce your own and some short term pain for long term gain might happen. If they continue with it, stick with them!
@GeorgeDobell1 There is talent out there over the age of 18 from all backgrounds. Many aren’t ready at 18-19. With the MCC pulling out funding for the old MCCU system what is the pathway for players aged 20-23 to make it now? In Oz the pathway is there for a lot of guys to make it at 20-23.
Up there with one of the best hours you’ll listen to when it comes to challenging standards and pushing players to greater heights. Do yourself a favour!
@RodsMears@GlamCricket Yep, this is brilliant and it should kick the Probables up the backside into responding strongly tomorrow. Like what Grant has done here with the idea of probables vs possibles. The last team success we had started with a kick up the arse from a bunch of students turning us over!
@BlakeBintSport No this is exactly what you want and a high performing culture requires it. Now a ballsy, non-biased coach will use this to put certain individuals on notice given the underperformance in recent times. Competition is your friend, not your enemy!
@chemp1989@tdpaine36 They underperformed for a year when he lost two world class players in their prime at his disposal. He handled the media and the furore with distinction. When he got them back he won 60% of his test matches before stepping down. Considering the circumstances, a pretty good return
@DeanConway1@DafPritchard@OhGlammyGlammy Good to hear from you Deano!
I can’t help on those comments mate as I’m not privy to the exact circumstances around them. I just answered the BBC’s questions in my own opinion on the general state of things. Take care mate and chat soon!
