as much as i am happy for max, the stewards need to get it together. there needs to be clear cut rules, that are followed religiously, and sanctions and contingencies for when they aren’t. one lap of racing is not enough to determine a world championship

@Nicola_Hume @cbignell11 I can appreciate that but nowhere in the regulations does it say that a race needs to end in a racing lap, sure Lewis probably should have pitted but he didn’t need to prior to Latifi binning it as he had about and 11 second gap to max. 🤷🏽‍♂️

@Nicola_Hume @cbignell11 That was one big plus on the last lap letting only some lapped cars overtake the safety car, I’d be more accepting of the result if it had occurred once all the lapped cars were allowed past.
