IMO the human shield dilemma is stupid because if a dangerous terrorist uses someone as a human shield and a soldier ends up unfortunately killing the human shield then the moral culpability is obviously on the terrorist.

Again, it is unfortunate that they should die, but would it really be better that the soldier hesitates, giving the terrorist the chance to kill them, or potentially escape which would allow them to put more lives at stake?

This goes for police officers as well when criminals do the same thing. It’s just one of those unfortunate dilemmas that come from fighting scum who don’t play by any rules.

A telling aspect of the Gaza genocide hoax is that we keep being told that this horrible thing is happening all the time, but they can never provide any indisputable examples of it.
