@greateranglia I’m now on the train home, not impressed with the communication and organisation from Greater Anglia. Customer service staff at Liverpool Street very helpful without them I do miss my train. Don’t worry I’ll be sending a complaint again!!!

@greateranglia Coming into Liverpool Street on platform 16 arriving at 1837. I am a wheelchair user I had to take different train as lift broken at Stratford please make sure I have Ramp assistance I’m not sure if staff called ahead.
