@SoColdnTheD @Mappy6984 I had this surgery when I was 17 and there was no pain. Moving the jaw stretches the nerves to the upper jaw and causes it to go numb. The roof of my mouth was numb for about 6 months. One side effect was I could eat ice cream as fast as I wanted with no brain freeze.

@julie_kelly2 Former attorney here - this is the first time I’ve ever heard of this. Courts of appeal often reverse and remand cases where after reversing a judge’s ruling they send the case back to that judge to continue the case using the appeals court’s ruling.

Yes there has been a rise in public mass shootings starting in 2017...possible contagion. And 4 of the 7 cases with 20+ victims have been in recent years (Pulse, Las Vegas, Sutherland Springs & El Paso). But, there have been clusters before that dissipated. Lets hope this does.
