@JohnEDugger I’d say you’re correct on each of those. I mistakenly dug into the TACP, but I suppose having a persuasive standard from the other body of rules is better than none. In any event though, an opportunity to draft a better set of TADP rules!

@JohnEDugger Nice precatory blurb in Section G.1.g.i that the hearing should normally occur within 90 days after the Covered Person requests a hearing.

@JohnEDugger Not certain if the hearing she’s referencing is the kind covered by Section G.1.g, but I’d reckon we’re past the deadlines imposed there if so. Haven’t uncovered any remedies for abusing the administrative process yet.
