@GyIchigo I think some people are arrogant and stuck in their ways, they don't like to relinquish control. Or, like me, I hate delegating, I can't do it 😅 I just have to do everything myself. But your issue sounds like arrogance, can you be firmer and tell them 'I can do it!'
