@greateranglia Just because you use a third party service you are still responsible for the conduct of that organisation. Please explain how you think verbally abusing passengers including a 2yr old is acceptable for an organisation….

This was totally unacceptable and a total disgrace. I pay 5k a year as a season tick holder to you - we had paid £63 for tickets today and I expect an entire refund plus compensation - my daughter et is distraught
